قرر مجلس قضاء الجزائر تأجيل جلسة الاستئناف في قضية الطريق السيار إلى الدورة الجنائية المقبلة ، حيث جاء هذا التأجيل بطلب من هيئة دفاع المتهمين بسبب غياب جل الأطراف.

وتجدر الإشارة أن المحاكمة الأولى في هذه القضية جرت سنة 2015 والتي انتهت بأحكام متفاوتة في حق عدد من المتهمين من بينهم رجل الأعمال المتهم “شاني مجدوب” بعقوبة 10 سنوات سجنا نافذة مع مصادرة العقارات ونفس العقوبة تم الحكم بها على المتهم “خ.محمد”” مدير قسم البرنامج الجديدة بوزارة الأشغال العمومية و ضابط سابق بالقوات البحرية.

وتمت إدانة كل من المتهم “ح.س” مدير التخطيط بوزارة النقل و المتهم “ع.س” رجل أعمال مكلف بتسيير أعمال الوزير الأسبق عمار غول و التنسيق مع شركات أجنبية بـ 7 سنوات سجنا نافذة.

كما قضت المحكمة بإدانة المتهم “و.م” إطار بوزارة العدل وعقيد بالمخابرات بـ 3 سنوات حبسا نافذة و 500 ألف دينار غرامة.
