ألجيريان إكسبرس – أطاحت الفرقة الجنائية بأمن ولاية سكيكدة “بمجرم خطير” مسبوق قضائيا ، تورط في سلسلة قضايا سرقات بالعنف ووقضيتي التعدي على الأصول وحمل سلاح أبيض محظور.

وتعود حيثيات القضية إلى تلقي مصالحنا لعدة شكاوي من طرف مواطنين حول تعرضهم لفعل السرقة بالعنف وتحت التهديد بالسلاح الأبيض، حيث سلبهم المشتبه فيه هواتفهم واموالهم وبعض اغراضهم ،وهذا بمدينة سكيكدة .

وفي ذات السياق تلقت الضبطية شكوى أخرى، من طرف والدته حول تعرضها هي اخرى لسب والتهديد بالسلاح الأبيض سكين .

الفرقة الجنائية شكلت أفواج عملياتية للإطاحة بالمشتبه فيه ، حيث بعد عملية بحث وتحري تم توقيفه بتمالوس في منزل أحد أقاربه ، حيث عثر بحوزته سلاح ابيض ليتم إقتياده للمصلحة لإستكمال الإجراءات وإنجاز 06 ملفات قضائية ضده .

وتم صدور حكم بـ 07 سنوات سجن عن كل ملف سرقة في حق المشتبه فيه والبالغ عددها 4 ملفات ، وصدور حكم بعامين حبس في ملفين قضائيين يتعلقان بالتعدي على الأصول وحمل سلاح أبيض.
