الجيريان اكسبرس: التمس وكيل الجمهورية لدى محكمة سيدي امحمد، اليوم السبت، عقوبة 20 سنة سجنا لزوجة كونيناف المدعوة سعاد، مع إصدار أمر دولي بالقبض عليها.
والتمس وكيل الجمهورية ادانة المتهم كونيناف رضا بعقوبة 18 سنة حبسا نافذا و 8 مليون دج غرامة مالية نافذة، مع فترة امنية.

كما التمس وكيل الجمهورية مصادرة كل الأموال والأملاك العقارية والمبالغ بالعملة الوطنية والاجنبية بالداخل والخارج لرضا كونيناف.

أما للمتهم كونيناف طارق، فقد التمس وكيل الجمهورية عقوبة 15 سنة حبسا، مع غرامة مالية بـ 8 مليون دج.

والتمس وكيل الجمهورية ادانة المتهم، كونيناف عبد القادر كريم، بـ 15 سنة حبسا نافذا وغرامة بـ 8 مليون دج، مع فترة امنية.

كما التمس وكيل الجمهورية مصادرة كل الأموال والأملاك العقارية والمبالغ بالعملة الوطنية والاجنبية بالداخل والخارج لرضا كونيناف.

وبالنسبة لكونيناف سعاد، غائبة عن الجلسة، فقد التمس وكيل الجمهورية توقيع عقوبة 20 سنة حبسا و8 مليون دينار غرامة مالية نافذة، مع ومصادرة كل الاملاك والاموال، بالإضافة الى اصدار امر بالقبض دولي عليها.
