أعلنت السلطات المغربية اليوم الأحد، إغلاق أحياء عدة في مدينة مراكش العاصمة السياحية للبلاد، على خلفية ارتفاع عدد الإصابات بفيروس كورونا المستجد فيها.

وأفاد بيان رسمي بتعزيز عمليات الرقابة الصحية في مراكش وإغلاق بعض الأحياء كليا أو جزئيا لاحتواء انتشار الفيروس.

وأطلقت حملة في شوارع مراكش للتوعية على أخطار التراخي في تطبيق تدابير الوقاية مثل وضع الكمامة والتباعد الاجتماعي.

واتخذت مؤخرا إجراءات مماثلة في الدار البيضاء وطنجة وفاس، وهي بين المدن المغربية الأشد تضررا بالوباء.

وسجل المغرب الذي يبلغ عدد سكانه 35 مليون نسمة منذ مطلع مارس، 41017 إصابة بمرض كوفيد-19، بينها 632 حالة وفاة.

وتشهد البلاد منذ بضعة أيام ارتفاعا في عدد الإصابات حيث أحصت أمس السبت أكثر من ألف إصابة يوميا، وذلك بعد أن رفعت السلطات الحجر الصحي في يونيو الماضي عقب 3 أشهر من الإغلاق الصارم.

ولا تزال حدود البلاد مغلقة ما أدى إلى أزمة غير مسبوقة في قطاع السياحة المغربي، فيما حذرت منظمة الصحة العالمية الخميس الماضي من المنحى التصاعدي للإصابات.
