أمر قاضي التحقيق بالغرفة الثانية بمحكمة سيدي امحمد، بإيداع وزير الأشغال العمومية الاسبق، والي عبد القادر، رهن الحبس المؤقت.
وتم إيداع النائب البرلماني بالمؤسسة العقابية بالحراش، اليوم الأربعاء، بسبب تورطه في قضية فساد.

وقد مثل صبيحة اليوم النائب البرلماني السابق، والي عبد القادر، الذي ينتسب لحزب جبهة التحرير الوطني بموجب إجراءات الإستدعاء المباشر.

ومثل والي عبد القادر أمام وكيل الجمهورية بمحكمة سيدي امحمد، من اجل الاستماع والتحقيق معه في قضايا تتعلق بالفساد.

وبعد الاستماع اليه، تمت احالته على قاضي التحقيق الغرفة الثانية، بالقطب الجزائي المختص بمكافحة الجرائم المالية والإقتصادية، بسيدي امحمد، لاستكمال التحقيق.

وأمر هذا الاخير بإيداع رهن الحبس المؤقت بالمؤسسة العقابية بالحراش بتهم تتعلق بمنح امتيازات غير مبررة وإساءة استغلال الوظيفة.
