بدأت شركة مايكروسوفت مؤخرا بطرح تحديثات جديدة لأنظمة ويندوز، عالجت فيها العديد من المشكلات والثغرات البرمجية التي كانت تهدد أجهزة وبيانات المستخدمين.

وأشارت مايكروسوفت في تدوينة على موقعها الرسمي إلى أن التحديثات الجديدة طالت مجموعة كبيرة من برمجيات ويندوز منها Office و Office Services، و Internet Explorer و Exchange Server، و Windows Defender، و Visual Studio، والموجودة في العديد من أنظمة ويندوز من الفئة السابعة والثامنة والعاشرة.

وعالجت هذه التحديثات تبعا للشركة 112 ثغرة أمنية اكتشفت مؤخرا في أنظمة ويندوز، 17 ثغرة منها وصفت بأنها “خطرة”، و93 وصفت بالـ “مهمة”، إضافة إلى ثغرتين متوسطتي الأهمية.

ومن أبرز الثغرات التي عولجت مع التحديثات الأخيرة هي ثغرة حملت رمز CVE-2020-17087، تم اكتشافها من قبل فريق Project Zero التابع لغوغل، حيث أشار الخبراء إلى أنها تؤثر على أنظمة “ويندوز-7″، و يمكن للمخترقين استغلالها للوصول إلى أنظمة الحواسب عبر التحايل على ما يسمى بوضع الحماية الآمن للأنظمة، وتنفيذ تعليمات برمجية معينة قد تساعد على اختراق بيانات الحواسب.
