أصدر قاضي التحقيق في المحكمة الابتدائية بتونس، الخميس، بطاقة إيداع بالسجن في حق رئيس حزب قلب تونس نبيل القروي.

وأفاد الناطق الرسمي باسم المحكمة الإبتدائيّة بتونس محسن الدالي بأنه تمّ اليوم الخميس إصدار بطاقة إيداع بالسجن في حق رئيس حزب قلب تونس نبيل القروي من قبل قاضي التحقيق بالقطب القضائي.

وقال مراسل “سكاي نيوز عربية” إنه تم اليوم استدعاء القروي لسماعه حول شبهة تبييض الأموال المتعلقة ببعض شركاته، قبل أن يصدر قاضي التحقيق بطاقة إيداع في السجن.

ويأتي هذا القرار بعد أقل من 24 ساعة على لقاء رئيس الجمهورية ووزير الداخلية، شدد فيه قيس سعيّد على ضرورة “تطبيق القانون على الجميع ودون استثناء”.

وأوضح مراسلنا: “حسب معلوماتنا، هناك ربط بين ما حدث يوم أمس وإيقاف القروي اليوم”.

وتم إيقاف القروي لأول مرة يوم 23 أغسطس 2019، بعد إيداعه مطلب ترشحه للانتخابات للرئاسية.

وكانت محكمة التعقيب قد أذنت يوم 9 أكتوبر 2019 بالإفراج عن القروي بعد قبول الطعن شكلا وأصلا.
