أعلنت شركة “فيسبوك” عن حجب 3 شبكات مكونة من “صفحات زائفة تهتم بنشر التضليل ومحاولة التأثير على دول إفريقية” عبر موقع “فيسبوك” للتواصل الاجتماعي.

وقالت الشركة في بيان لها، يوم الثلاثاء، إنها حجبت ما مجموعه حوالي 500 صفحة، موزعة على 3 شبكات، كانت اثنتان منها مرتبطة بـ “أشخاص على صلة بوكالة أبحاث الإنترنت” في روسيا والثالثة بالجيش الفرنسي، حسب قول الشركة.

وأضافت أنها حجبت الصفحات لـ”سلوك زائف منسق”، مشيرة إلى أنشطة “تضليل” من قبل الشبكات كانت تستهدف 13 دولة إفريقية، بينها الجزائر وليبيا والكاميرون والسودان وغيرها، وهي كانت مركزة بشكل خاص على جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى، التي ستشهد انتخابات رئاسية وبرلمانية في 27 ديسمبر الجاري.

وقالت “فيسبوك” إنها رصدت حالة نادرة من التنافس بين الشبكة التي اعتبرتها فرنسية والشبكتين “الروسيتين”.

يذكر أن روسيا كانت قد رفضت مرارا الاتهامات بالتدخل في الانتخابات بدول أخري من خلال الأنشطة على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، ونفت صلتها بـ “شبكات التضليل” المزعومة.
