أطلقت شركة موتورولا هاتفها الذكي Edge S الجديد، الذي يعد أول هاتف ذكي في العالم يعتمد على المعالج كوالكوم Snapdragon 870 الجديد.
وأوضحت الشركة الأمريكية أن الهاتف الذكي Edge S الجديد ينبض بداخله المعالج كوالكوم Snapdragon 870 الجديد، مع 6 إلى 8 غيغابايت من ذاكرة الوصول العشوائي RAM)) و128 إلى 256 غيغابايت من الذاكرة الداخلية.
ويأتي الهاتف مزوداً بشاشة LCD قياس6.7 بوصة وبدقة وضوح 1080 بيكسل، ويمكن للكاميرا الرئيسية بدقة 64 ميغابيكسل تسجيل مقاطع فيديو 6K بمعدل تحديث 30 إطاراً في الثانية، بالإضافة إلى عدسة واسعة الزاوية بدقة 16 ميغابيكسل وعدستين بدقة 2 ميغابيكسل.
وتحتوي الشاشة على كاميراتين لصور السيلفي بدقة 16 ميجابيكسل و8 ميجابيكسل. ويوجد مستشعر بصمة الإصبع على جانب هاتف موتورولا.
ويعتمد الهاتف Edge S على بطارية سعة 5000 مللي أمبير ساعة يمكن شحنها بـقدرة 20 وات. ويتمتع الهاتف بحماية جيدة ضد رذاذ الماء وفقا لفئة الحماية IP52
