برمج مكتب المجلس الشعبي الوطني عقد جلسة مغلقة للاقتراع السري يوم الثلاثاء 20 أكتوبر 2020 للفصل في طلبي رفع الحصانة على نائبين بالبرلمان طبقا للمادة 72 من النظام الداخلي للمجلس الشعبي الوطني.
جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع لمكتب المجلس عقده سليمان شنين، اليوم الثلاثاء.

وعقب اطلاعه على تقرير لجنة الشؤون القانونية والإدارية والحريات عن طلبي رفع الحصانة البرلمانية عن نائبين في المجلس الشعبي الوطني وهما محسن بلعباس وعبد القادر واعلي.
قرر مكتب المجلس عقد جلسة مغلقة للاقتراع السري يوم الثلاثاء 20 أكتوبر 2020 للفصل في طلبي تفعيل إجراءات رفع الحصانة على نائبين طبقا للمادة 72 من النظام الداخلي للمجلس الشعبي الوطني.

كما أحال مكتب المجلس تصريحات ثلاثة نواب جدد بخصوص حالات التنافي مع العهدة البرلمانية على لجنة الشؤون القانونية والإدارية والحريات لإبداء الرأي، إلى جانب دراسة طلبات اللجان المتعلقة بتنظيم نشاطات برلمانية.
