الجيريان اكسبرس: أعلن فريق رايسينغ بوينت البريطاني، يوم الخميس، ضم السائق الألماني سيباستيان فيتل الحائز على بطولة العالم 4 مرات في سباقات فورومولا 1، بدءا من الموسم المقبل.

واعتبر رايسينغ بوينت، الذي سيتحول لاسم أستون مارتن ابتداء من العام المقبل، أن التعاقد مع سيباستيان فيتل كان “إشارة واضحة لطموح الفريق بأن يصبح بين المنافسين الأكثر جدية”.

وتوّج فيتل (33 عاما) بأربعة ألقاب متتالية بين العامين 2010-2013، مع ريد بول قبل الانتقال إلى فيراري، لكن الأخير فضل عدم تجديد العقد بينهما.

وحمل السائق الألماني ألوان فريق “رد بول” منذ 2015 عندما حل بدلا من الإسباني فرناندو ألونسو، لكنه عجز عن منحه اللقب العالمي على غرار ما فعل أربع مرات مع فريقه السابق ريد بول.
