الجيريان اكسبرس: صادقت الجمعية الوطنية الفرنسية أمس الجمعة على قانون يتم بموجبه تمديد إقامات الأجانب لمدة 180 يوما (6 أشهر)، وذلك على خلفية أزمة تفشي فيروس كورونا “كوفيد-19” في البلاد.

وينص القانون أيضا على تمديد صلاحية الإقامة المؤقتة بشكل آلي لطالبي اللجوء المتواجدين في فرنسا لمدة 90 يوما (3 أشهر).

وقال وزير الداخلية الفرنسي، كريستوف كاستانير، في كلمة أمام البرلمان إن إجراءات الحجر الصحي التي استمرت لمدة شهرين، جعلت من غير الممكن إتمام كل الوثائق الخاصة بتمديد الإقامة في الوقت المحدد.

وذكر كريستوف كاستانير أن هذا الإجراء يشمل “تأشيرات الإقامة طويلة المدة، وتصاريح الإقامة، وتصاريح الإقامة المؤقتة، وإيصالات طلبات الحصول على تصاريح الإقامة”، مضيفا أنه “بالنظر إلى تعليق استقبال المتقدمين بالحصول على تصاريح الإقامة في المقاطعات، فإن هذا التمديد تلقائي”.

وكان قد تم تعليق الإجراءات الإدارية لتجديد تصاريح الإقامة في فرنسا، منذ تطبيق الحجر الصحي بتاريخ 17 مارس الماضي .
