الجيريان اكسبرس: أعلن المدعي العام الفرنسي فرانسوا مولينز فتح تحقيق قضائي ضد الوزراء السابقين إدوارد فيليب وأوليفييه فيران وأنييس بوزين، بشأن إدارتهم لأزمة جائحة كورونا.

وأحيلت 9 شكاوى تتعلق بـ”الفشل في مكافحة كارثة” إلى النائب العام فرانسوا مولينز.

وأوضحت صحيفة “لوفيغارو” أن القانون يعاقب على “الفشل في مكافحة كارثة” بموجب المادة 223-7 من قانون العقوبات، وقد وجهت هذه التهمة لـ”السيد إدوارد فيليب بصفته رئيسا للوزراء وقت الوقائع، وللسيدة أنييس بوزين بصفتها وزيرة للتضامن، والسيد أوليفييه فيران بصفته وزيرا للصحة في وقت الوقائع “.

وأعلنت الرئاسة الفرنسية الجمعة في بيان أن “رئيس الوزراء إدوار فيليب قدم استقالة حكومته لإيمانويل ماكرون الذي قبلها”.
