أدانت محكمة بئر مراد رايس، اليوم، المدير العام لمجمع النهار، أنيس رحماني بـ 5 سنوات حبسا نافذا في قضية بث تسجيل هاتفي مع اطار في جهاز المخابرات.

وكانت النيابة العامة قد التمست، الأسبوع الماضي، عقوبة 10 سنوات سجنا و100 ألف دينار غرامة في حق أنيس رحماني.

وواجه أنيس رحماني تهما تتعلق بجنحة إهانة قائد اثناء تأدية مهامه، وجنحة القذف ضد الجيش الوطني الشعبي واهانة هيئة نظامية.

بالإضافة إلى جنحة القذف، المساس بالحرمة الخاصة للأشخاص، بتسجل ونقل المكالمات بغير اذن صاحبها.

وعرض لأنظار الجمهور بغرض الدعاية، ومنشورات ونشرات من شانها الإضرار بالمصلحة الوطنية، والعمل باي وسيلة كانت على المساس بسلامة وحدة الوطن.

وخلال محاكمته الأسبوع الماضي، قال أنيس رحماني، أن مسؤوليته القانونية والأخلاقية هي من دفعته لحماية الصحفيين الذين يعملون في المجمع.

وقال إن حرصه على الصحفيين الذين يعملون في المجمع الذي يسيره اداريا دفعته للقيام باتخاذ اجراءات.

ومن بين الاجراءات التي اتخذها، تسجيل المكالمة مع العقيد اسماعيل وبث لقطات فيديو للحظة اعتقال الصحفي الذي كتب الموضوع.
