سجلت السلطات الصحية الإيطالية خلال آخر 24 ساعة أكثر من 37 ألف إصابة جديدة بفيروس كورونا المستجد، ما يمثل تراجعا مقارنة مع قفزة غير مسبوقة بأكثر من 40 ألف إصابة في اليوم السابق.

وأعلنت وزارة الصحة الإيطالية اليوم السبت على موقعها الإلكتروني عن رصد 37255 إصابة بالفيروس التاجي الذي يسبب مرض “كوفيد-19” خلال الساعات الـ24 الماضية، مقابل 40902 إصابة أمس.

وارتفعت حصيلة ضحايا كورونا في إيطاليا خلال اليوم الأخير بواقع 544 حالة وفاة، مقابل 550 وفاة في اليوم السابق.

وأصبح بذلك إجمالي عدد الإصابات بكورونا التي سجلت في إيطاليا منذ بداية الجائحة مليون و144552 إصابة منها 44683 حالة وفاة و688435 حالة نشطة و411434 حالة شفاء.

وكانت إيطاليا من الدول الأكثر تضررا بالموجة الأولى من كورونا على مستوى العالم، واستأنف الوباء تفشيه بوتائر غير مسبوقة في البلاد مع بداية فصل الصيف، ما دفع الحكومة إلى إعادة تشديد القيود الصارمة الرامية إلى كبح جماح الجائحة.
