الجيريان اكسبرس: كشف وزير الصحة عبد الرحمن بن بوزيد أن نقص أخصائيين في طب النساء والتوليد في القطاع العام يعد مشكلا وطنيا.
وأضاف الوزير، أن المشكل يكمن أيضا في توجه معظم الأطباء نحو القطاع الخاص، وهو ما يعادل 70 بالمائة منهم.

وأوضح الوزير أنه أصبح من الضروري إيجاد حلول فعالة لحفض كرامة المراة الحامل وحماية صحة النساء والطفل.

خاصة وأنه حق يكفله الدستور، مضيفا أنه سيتم إحداث تغيير نوعي على المدى القصير سيلمسه المواطن.

وكشف ذات المتحدث، أنه من أجل تحسين التكفل بالحوامل تم إبرام إتفاقيات بين صندوق الضمان الإجتماعي و العيادات الخاصة.
