الجيريان اكسبرس: اتفقت شركة أدوية هندية وصندوق الثروة السيادية الروسي على توزيع 100 مليون جرعة من لقاح “سبوتنيك 5” التجريبي الروسي في الهند.

وقال صندوق الاستثمار المباشر الروسي إنه تم إقراره مع شركة مختبرات دكتور ريدي الهندية المحدودة. وستجري شركة الأدوية المرحلة الثالثة من التجارب في الهند لتلبية المتطلبات التنظيمية للبلاد.

وأكد السكرتير الصحفي أرسيني بالاجين، أن 100 مليون جرعة من اللقاح التجريبي ستكون مخصصة “للاستخدام على نطاق واسع للسكان”، طالما أنها تفي بالمتطلبات التنظيمية ونجاح التجارب السريرية.
كما أكد بالاجين أن صندوق الاستثمار المباشر الروسي كان يجري محادثات مع العديد من الشركات الهندية لتصنيع اللقاح.

وقال مسؤولون هنود الأسبوع الماضي إن روسيا طلبت المساعدة من أجل تصنيع اللقاح من قبل الشركات الهندية وأن الحكومة تعمل على تسهيل ذلك.

ووصف الدكتور في كيه بول، الذي يرأس فريق عمل حكومي معني باللقاحات، الشراكة مع روسيا بأنها “مكسب للطرفين للهند والعالم”.
