الجيريان اكسبرس: رغم خفض ضريبة المبيعات في ألمانيا، ارتفعت تكلفة قص الشعر بشكل واضح في أغسطس الماضي، خاصة شعر الأطفال.

هذا ما كشفت عنه بيانات مكتب الإحصاء الاتحادي، الثلاثاء، والتي أظهرت أيضا أن أقل زيادة في أسعار قص الشعر بعد رفع إجراءات العزل العام وقرارات الإغلاق بسبب جائحة كورونا، كانت من نصيب النساء.
فرغم خفض ضريبة القيمة المضافة في الأول من يوليو الماضي، إلى 16 في المئة نزولا من 19 في المئة، أظهرت بيانات مكتب الإحصاء زيادة تكلفة قص شعر الأطفال بنسبة 9.4 في المئة في أغسطس، وبنسبة 6.5 في المئة للرجال و5.8 بالمئة للنساء.

وقال مكتب الإحصاء إن “أحد الأسباب على الأرجح هو تطبيق إجراءات نظافة صارمة بعد إعادة الفتح. على سبيل المثال، ربما لا تقدم الصالونات خدمة حلاقة الشعر من دون غسله”.

وتم فرض إجراءات العزل العام في ألمانيا في منتصف مارس المنصرم، وأعيد فتح صالونات تصفيف الشعر في مايو الماضي، وزادت حينها تكلفة قص الشعر بنسبة 5.4 في المئة على أساس سنوي.
