    الجيريان اكسبرس: شارك مغني الراب الأميركي كاني ويست في المظاهرات التي تعم الشوارع الاميركية ضد ممارسات الشرطة وعدم المساواة العرقية وما حصل مع المواطن جورج فلويد، الذي توفي بعد أن ضغط ضابط شرطة على رقبته لأكثر من ثماني دقائق.

    والتقطت عدسات الصحافيين زوج نجمة تلفزيون الواقع كيم كارداشيان وهو يسير في التظاهرات ويرتدي قناع وجه، احتجاجا على وفاة فلويد.

    وكان المغني الاميركي قد اعلن انه سيتكفل بدفع تكاليف الدراسة الجامعية لابنة فلويد البالغة من العمر 6 سنوات جيانا، وكذلك تبرع بمليوني دولار لجمعيات خيرية مختلفة مرتبطة بوفاة فلويد.

    واشارت شبكة “سي بي إس” الأميركية ان ويست تعهد ايضاً بتغطية التكاليف القانونية لعائلات أربيري وبرونا تايلور اللذين توفيا أيضا نتيجة للعنف، بالإضافة إلى مساعدة الشركات المملوكة من ذوي البشرة السمراء في مسقط رأسه في شيكاغو.
