ألجيريان إكسبرس – أخذت بعض سلاسل الفنادق العالمية تتبنى منظومة الفنادق المخدومة بالروبوتات، والعاملة فيها الأجهزة بلا لمس، في إطار مكافحة وباء فيروس كورونا والحد من انتشاره.

وقام فندق “لييجو” الذكي في بكين، بتطوير سلسلة فنادق ذكية غير لمسية ويقوم العملاء بتحديد حجوزاتهم عبر الإنترنت من خلال موقع إلكتروني أو تطبيق محدد ويتم الحجز من خلال خاصية التعرف إلى ملامح الوجه.

ومن ثم يتم إلى إرشاد الزبون بعد وصوله، إلى غرفته بواسطة الروبوتات ومع دخول النزيل لغرفته فإن الأضواء ودرجة حرارة الغرفة والمياه يتم التحكم بها أوتوماتيكيا.

ويسمح نظام الأتمتة هذا لكل فندق بأن يشتغل من خلال موظف واحد أو اثنين للحلالات الطارئة.

كذلك يمكن التحكم بالمشرفين على الغرف عن بعد، ويعملون بدوام جزئي ويستخدمون تطبيقا معينا لترتيب جداول المواعيد.

وبما أنه لا يوجد مسؤول عن خدمات النزلاء فإنه ما من حاجة لوجود ردهة استقبال ضخمة الأمر الذي يخفّض تكاليف البناء، ويخلق مساحة إضافية للغرف.
