ألجيريان إكسبرس – أعلنت الخارجية الأمريكية أنها أخطرت هونغ كونغ، بأن واشنطن علقت أو أنهت ثلاثة اتفاقات ثنائية مع المدينة التي تتمتع بحكم شبه ذاتي بعد أن فرضت الصين قانونا شاملا للأمن القومي.

وقالت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية مورغان أورتاغوس: “هذه الخطوات تؤكد قلقنا العميق بشأن قرار بكين فرض قانون الأمن القومي، الذي يسحق حريات شعب هونغ كونغ”.

وفي وقت سابق، قالت الرئيسة التنفيذية لمنطقة هونغ كونغ الإدارية الخاصة في الصين كاري لام، إن هونغ كونغ ستتناول مع منظمة التجارة العالمية ما يسمى بالعقوبات الأمريكية.

وأوضحت لام خلال مؤتمر صحفي قبل اجتماع المجلس التنفيذي، أن هونغ كونغ عضو مستقل في منظمة التجارة العالمية وأن التحركات الأمريكية تنتهك قواعد ولوائح المنظمة الدولية، واصفة العقوبات بأنها “غير مبررة تماما”.
