محمد رابح – ألجيريان إكسبرس – قرر رئيس الجمهورية الجزائرية، عبد المجيد تبون، تمكين جميع الأطباء ومستخدمي الصحة من تأمين شامل على عاتق الدولة.

وقرر الرئيس الحاق نفقات هذا التأمين المقدرة بـ11 مليار و 200 مليون دينار جزائري بميزانية الدولة ومباشرة بميزانية رئاسة الجمهورية .

وخلال ترأسه اجتماع مجلس الوزراء، قرر تبون، اعتماد مشروع المعدل لقانون العقوبات لحماية مستخدمي قطاع الصحة، عقوبة الحبس من سنة إلى 3 سنوات الاعتداء اللفظي ومن 3 إلى 10 بخصوص الاعتداء الجسدي، بينما عقوبة الحبس المؤبد ستكون في حالة وفاة الضحية

وفيما يخص الجانب الاقتصادي أكد تبون، اعتماد دفتر شروط صناعة الأجهزة الكهرومنزلية ودفتر شروط تصنيع السيارات ودفتر شروط استيراد السيارات الجديدة

كما قرر منح تعويضات للحلاقين وسائقي الأجرة والحرفيين بـ 30 الف دينار وتخص 3 أشهر كاملة مدة توقف النشاطات، من أجل تخفيف الأضرار المالية بسبب الأزمة الصحية، أضف إلى ذلك تجميد عمليات تسديد الضرائب فورا الأعباء المالية وشبه الجبائية، وأمر تبون بإجراء تقييم دقيق للخسائر التي لحقت بالمتعاملين أصحاب المهن الصغيرة والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
