الجيريان اكسبرس: ارتفعت أسعار النفط، اليوم الأربعاء، لتصل إلى نحو 46 دولارا للبرميل، وهو قرب أعلى مستوى له منذ مارس الماضي.

وجاء الارتفاع بأسعار النفط هذه المرة مدفوعا بدعم من وقف منتجين أميركيين معظم الإنتاج البحري من خليج المكسيك، قبل الإعصار “لورا”، وكذلك مع تقرير أظهر انخفاض مخزونات الخام الأميركية.

غير أن المكاسب كانت محدودة بفعل تجدد المخاوف حيال فيروس كورونا، المسبب لوباء كوفيد-19، التي قلصت الطلب على الوقود بعد تقارير عن إصابة متعافين في أوروبا وآسيا بالمرض مجددا، الأمر الذي آثار مخاوف إزاء المناعة مستقبلا.

وأضاف خام برنت سنتين إلى 45.88 دولار للبرميل بحلول الساعة الثامنة والربع صباحا بتوقيت غرينتش، في حين فقد خام غرب تكساس الوسيط الأمريكي 3 سنتات ليصل إلى 43.32 دولار للبرميل.
وأغلق الخامان، يوم الثلاثاء، عند أعلى مستوى في خمسة أشهر، وفقا لما ذكرته رويترز.
