محمد رابح – ألجيريان إكسبرس – أمر رئيس الجمهورية الجزائرية عبد المجيد، بتسليط عقوبات من سنتين إلى 5 سنوات حبسا، لمن يقوم بتسجيل مكالمات أو التقاط ونشر صور أو فيديوهات أو أخبار على موقع الكتروني أو في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أثناء تأدية مستخدمي الصحة لمهامهم، قصد الإضرار أو المساس بالمهنية أو بالسلامة المعنوية لهؤلاء.

وصدرت القوانين اليوم الاثنين في الجريدة الرسمية في عددها 44، حيث تقضي بتسليط العقوبات المذكورة ودفع غرامة مالية ما بين 200000 إلى 500000 دينار جزائري، وهذا بعد رأي مجلس الدولة والاستماع إلى مجلس الوزراء.

كما تطبق نفس العقوبة، إذا ارتكبت هذه الأفعال إضرارا بالمرضى وأسرهم أو مساسا بالحرمة الواجبة للموتى.

وتضاعف العقوبة في حال ما إذا تم تحوير الصور أو الفيديوهات أو الأخبار أو المعلومات بشكل مغرض أو تم التقاطها خلسة أو في الأماكن غير المفتوحة للجمهور بالهيكل أو المؤسسة الصحية أو إذا تم إخراجها عن سياقها.
