ألجيريان إكسبرس – أوقف عناصر الشرطة التابعين لمصالح أمن ولاية أم البواقي ثلاثة أشخاص اعتدوا على موظفين داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف بعاصمة الولاية, حسب ما استفيد الاثنين من خلية الاتصال والعلاقات العامة بذات السلك الأمني.

واوضح ذات المصدر بأن مصالح الأمن تلقت بلاغا مفاده قيام ثلاثة أشخاص بإحداث فوضى داخل الاستعجالات الطبية بمستشفى محمد بوضياف والاعتداء على موظفين أثناء تأدية مهامهم مع تعريض الأشخاص وسلامتهم للخطر, ليتم التنقل على الفور إلى عين المكان حيث تم توقيف الأشخاص الثلاثة إضافة إلى فتح تحقيق في القضية.

وقد تم إنجاز ملف جزائي للمشتبه بهم الثلاثة عن قضية “الإخلال بالنظام العام وخلق الفوضى داخل مرفق عمومي (مؤسسة استشفائية) وتعريض حياة الغير للخطر بالانتهاك المتعمد والبين لواجبات الاحتياط التي يفرضها التنظيم العام”, قدموا بموجبها أمام الجهات القضائية, مثلما تمت الإشارة إليه.
