الجيريان اكسبرس: رصدت جامعة “جونز هوبكنز” الأمريكية استقرارا في معدل الإصابات الجديدة بفيروس كورونا في العالم خلال اليوم الماضي، مع اقتراب الحصيلة التراكمية للمصابين من 4 ملايين شخص.
وأشارت الجامعة، التي تعتبر مرجعا في تتبع حالات كورونا في العالم، إلى أن معدل الإصابات اليومية بلغ 93,8 ألف حالة جديدة مقارنة مع 92 ألف خلال اليوم السابق.

وبلغت الحصيلة العامة أكثر من 3 ملايين و939 ألف حالة، بينما تجاوز هذا المؤشر عتبة الـ4 ملايين حسب إحصاءات موقع Worldometers.

وذكرت “جونز هوبكنز” أن إجمالي الوفيات بلغ 274898 حالة حتى صباح اليوم، بينما تماثل ما مجموعه أكثر من مليون و320 ألف شخص للشفاء.

وتبقى الولايات المتحدة في صدارة الدول الأكثر تضررا بالفيروس مع نحو مليون و280 ألف إصابة، تليها إسبانبا (222,8 ألف) وإيطاليا (217,1 ألف) وبريطانيا (212,6 ألف)، فيما تحتل روسيا المركز الخامس مع نحو 188 ألف إصابة.
