ألجيريان إكسبرس – رفض قاضي المعارضات بمحكمة أكتوبر في مصر الاستئناف المقدم من محمد وزيري، مدير الأعمال السابق للفنانة اللبنانية هيفاء وهبي، على قرار تجديد حبسه 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيقات.

وقرر القاضي، أمس الأحد، استمرار حبس المتهم 15 يوما للمرة الثانية على التوالي، بعد توجيه تهمة النصب له نتيجة عدة بلاغات تقدمت بها الفنانة اللبنانية هيفاء وهبي ضده.

وتم القبض على وزيري بعد عدة شكاوى قضائية قدمتها الفنانة اللبنانية ضده، عن طريق محاميها المستشار القانوني، ياسر قنطوش، وتم احتجاز وزيري بنيابة ثان زايد بتهمة النصب وسرقة الأموال، حيث جرى استدعاؤه للتحقيق معه، وبعد إجراء التحريات اللازمة تبين صحة الواقعة.

وكانت هيفاء وهبي قد حررت محضرا ضد محمد وزيري بحصوله على مبلغ 63 مليون جنيه دون وجه حق من ممتلكاتها بتوكيل عام، يتيح له التعامل في المبالغ المستحقة لها لدى المنتجين والقنوات الفضائية وبعض منظمي الحفلات.

يذكر أن محمد وزيري خسر قضية إثبات زواجه من هيفاء وهبي أمام محكمة الأسرة، في 28 يوليو الماضي، ورفضت المحكمة أيضا الدعوى القضائية التي أقامها لعدم وجود أصل العقد.
