قالت شركة تطبيق تيك توك إنه يعتزم رفع دعوى يوم الاثنين ضد الأمر التنفيذي للرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب الذي حظر التعامل مع التطبيق الشهير لمقاطع الفيديو القصيرة وشركته الأم بايت دانس وذلك في تأكيد لتقرير سابق لرويترز.

وكانت رويترز ذكرت حصريا يوم الجمعة أن تيك توك سيطعن في الأمر التنفيذي لترامب يوم الاثنين.

وأوضح التطبيق أنه حاول التواصل مع الإدارة الأمريكية لما يقرب من عام، لكنه واجه ”عدم مراعاة للإجراءات القانونية الواجبة“ وأضاف أن الحكومة لم تهتم بالحقائق.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان ”ليس أمامنا خيار سوى الطعن في الأمر التنفيذي عبر النظام القضائي“.

وأصدرت بايت دانس المالكة لتيك توك بيانا منفصلا يوم الأحد قالت فيه إنها سترفع دعوى قضائية ضد إدارة ترامب يوم الاثنين 24 أغسطس آب.

وكان ترامب أصدر أمرا تنفيذيا في 14 أغسطس آب بمنح بايت دانس 90 يوما لبيع استثماراتها في تيك توك داخل الولايات المتحدة.
