أجلت محكمة الجنح بالدار البيضاء اليوم محاكمة المتهم الناشط السياسي والصحفي، فضيل بومالة، إلى تاريخ غير معلوم.
إذ وجهت للمتهم تهم التحريض على التجمهر، عرض منشورات بغرض الدعاية من شأنها الإضرار بالمصلحة الوطنية وإهانة هيئة نظامية، نسبتها إليه الجهات القضائية، بعد تقديمه أمام وكيل الجمهورية بذات المحكمة.

وبرمجت قضية بومالة وفقا لإجراءات الاستدعاء المباشر، بعدما قرر القاضي الإفراج عنه بعد 24 ساعة من إيداعه سجن الحراش.

والجدير بالذكر أن الناشط فضيل بومالة، تم توقيفه من قبل مصالح الأمن في جوان الفارط بمقر سكناه بحي زرهوني مختار بالمحمدية، على خلفية مشاركته في مسيرة دلس في الجمعة 62، أين ناقش عدة مواضيع سياسية مع السكان خلال تجمهر شهدته المنطقة، ليظهر المتهم في فيديو استغله المحققون وأخضعوه للخبرة، ليكون هذا الأخير محل شبهة ضده.
