أصدرت محكمة سيدي امحمد اليوم الإثنين، الأحكام الخاصة بقضية رجل الأعمال و المستثمر في قطاع السياحة بن فيسح والمتهمين معه والذين يتقدمهم الوزير الأول الأسبق أحمد أويحيى.
وجاءت الأحكام الصادرة عن محكمة سيدي امحمد صبيحة اليوم كالآتي:

الحكم على أحمد اويحيى بـ 7 سنوات حبسا نافذا.

الحكم على عمار غول بـ3 سنوات حبسا نافذا.

الحكم على عبد الغني زعلان بـ3 سنوات حبسا نافذا.

الحكم على بن حسين فوزي والي سكيكدة السابق بـ سنتين حبسا نافذا.

الحكم على علوان كمال عامين حبسا نافذا.
الحكم على عمارة رشيد (مدير أملاك الدولة ) عامين حبسا منها عام غير نافذ.
الحكم على بن فيسح سيف الدين عامين حبسا نافذا.
الحكم على درفوف حجري (والي سكيكدة سابقا عامين حبسا نافذا ومليون دينار غرامة.
الحكم على بودربالي والي سكيكدة سابقا بـ 5 سنوات حبسا نافذا.
حيمر محمد يستفيد من البراءة.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذه القضية تورط فيها احمد أويحيى وثلاثة ولاة سكيكدة السابقين، وتتعلق بمنح رجل الأعمال بن فيسح محمد امتيازات للاستثمار في قطاع السياحة والفندقة.
