الجيريان اكسبرس: نفى الوزير الأول الأسبق أحمد أويحيى كل تهم الفساد وتبديد المال العام التي وجهها لها القاضي رئيس الجلسة اليوم خلال محاكمة رجل الأعمال علي حداد.
وقال احمد أويحيىى خلال رده على التهم التي وجهها له القاضي فيما يتعلق باستفادة أفراد من عائلته وهم زوجته وأبناء من امتيازات “زوجتي لم تملك في حياتها أي شركة وأبناء لم يستفيدوا من أي مشاريع في القطاع العمومي”.

وفيما يتعلق بنشاط أبناءه وامتلاكهم لشركات قال احمد أويحيى أنه قام بالتصريح بذلك لرئيس الجمهورية السابق عبد العزيز بوتفليقة لكن بطريقة شفهية والتصريح لم يكن كتابيا.

وبخصوص تعليقه على فترة تقلده منصب وزير أول مابين عامي 2017 و2019 قال وزير الأول الأسبق أن حكومته حمت المال العام وحافظت علة مايناهز 200 مليون أورو أو مايعادلها ألفي مليار سنتيم.

وأضاف” سيرت كل القرارات كمسؤول للحكومة وكل المشاريع التي تم منحها بالتراضي الحكومة هي من وافقت على ذلك و ليس أحمد أويحيى وحده”
