وقع الأمين العام لوزارة الدفاع الوطني، اللواء عبد الحميد غريس، أول قرار وزاري مشترك بين وزارتي الدفاع ووزير العدل بلقاسم زغماتي، بعد توسيع صلاحياته إلى بعض الصلاحيات الخاصة بوزير الدفاع الوطني.

ويتعلق القرار الذي صدر اليوم، في الجريدة الرسمية، بتعيين ضباط الصف في الدرك الوطني بصفتهم ضباط الشرطة القضائية.

ومثل اللواء عبد الحميد غريس، وزير الدفاع الوطني، في القرار الوزاري المشترك، وذلك بعد توسيع صلاحياته، بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية وزير الدفاع الوطني القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة، عبد المجيد تبون، في مرسوم رئاسي، صادر بتاريخ 8 أفريل 2020، حيث بات للأمين العام لوزارة الدفاع الوطني، في حدود صلاحياته وتحت سلطة وزير الدفاع الوطني، الإمضاء باسم وزير الدفاع الوطني على جميع العقود والمقررات بما فيها القرارات، بالتنسيق مع رئيس أركان الجيش الوطني الشعبي.
