أعلن، اليوم الجمعة، المجلس الدستوري انه توصل إلى إعداد وثيقة تتضمن ملاحظاته وإقتراحاته حول المشروع التمهيدي لتعديل الدستور ورفعها إلى رئيس الجمهورية ، عبد المجيد تبون.
وأفاد المجلس الدستوري، في بيان نقله التلفزيون العمومي، أن هذه الوثيقة التي تتضمن ملاحظات المجلس واقتراحاته حول تعديل الدستور مست سبعة فقرات من الديبجة، واقتراح إعادة تبويب الوثيقة على نحو يبرز الفصل والتوازن بين السلطات الثلاث بما يتماشى وطبيعة النظام السياسي المنشود تكريسه في ظل هذا التعديل ألا وهو النظام الشبه الرئاسي.

وأضاف المجلس أن “ملاحظات واقتراحات تشمل بالإضافة أو الحذف أو إعادة الصياغة تخص 102 مادة من مواد المشروع، مرفقة بعرض أسباب خاص بكل اقتراح.

مضيفا أنه “تم تبليغ هذه الملاحظات والإقتراحات إلى رئيس الجمهورية”.
