ألجيريان إكسبرس: أعلنت وسائل الإعلام المصرية، عن وفاة الفنان الكبير يوسف شعبان عن عمر ناهز 90 عاما، قبل قليل، داخل أحد مستشفيات القاهرة إثر إصابته بفيروس كورونا.

وأصيب شعبان بفيروس كورونا الأسبوع الماضى، ودخل على إثرها أحد مستشفيات المهندسين، وبعدما تدهورت حالته الصحية، وتم نقله للعناية المركزة بمستشفى العجوزة.

ولد في حي شبرا بالقاهرة عام 1936، ووالده مصمم إعلانات مشهور في شركة (إيجبشيان غازيت)، تلقى تعليمه الأساسي في مدرسة الإسماعيلية والتعليم الثانوي في التوفيقية، وبسبب تفوقه في مادة الرسم قرر الانتساب إلى كلية الفنون الجميلة، ولكن عائلته رفضت بشدة وخيرته بين كلية البوليس أو الكلية الحربية.

بدأ مسيرته السينمائية سنة 1961 في فيلم في بيتنا رجل مع عمر الشريف والمخرج بركات ثم توالت أعماله السينمائية التي تعدت 110 فيلم سينمائي.
