قال وزير الاتصال الناطق الرسمي للحكومة، عمار بلحيمر، إن من وجهة نظره أن يكون مكونين في مشروع تعديل الدستور.
وأوضح بلحيمر، اليوم الثلاثاء، أن المكون الأول يتمثل في واجب الدولة على التحفظ في ممارسة حرية الصحافة.

ويندرج –حسب بلحيمر-، في فتح المجال أمام حرية الوصول والنشر والحصول وبث وتلقي الخبر.

وأضاف الناطق الرسمي للحكومة، أن الدول تتحفظ لمنع هذه الحريات الأساسية، مشيرا إلى أن الأمر لا يعتبر تقييدا.

تابعا “بالموازاة على التعددية والحفاظ الأمن العام الداخلي”.

وأشار وزير الاتصال، إلى أن هناك اجماع لتدخل الدولة من أجل تفادي الاحتكارات التي تمنع المنافسة والدخول الحر إلى السوق وتعددية الأفكار في الساحة السياسية وحفاظا على الأمن العام .
