أعلنت أعلى هيئة لمكافحة الفساد في الصين أنه تمت معاقبة 13442 مسؤولا صينيا في أكتوبر على انتهاكهم قواعد التقشف.

وذكر بيان صادر عن اللجنة المركزية لفحص الانضباط بالحزب الشيوعي الصيني ولجنة الرقابة الوطنية أن المسؤولين متورطون في 9309 قضايا.

وأوضح البيان أن بين المسؤولين المعاقبين 57 على مستوى الولاية أو ما يعادلها، و737 على مستوى المحافظة أو ما يعادلها.

وبينهم 7355 عوقبوا بسبب ممارسات بيروقراطية أو شكليات من أجل الشكليات، حيث تم التعامل مع 5000 قضية ذات صلة.

ومن ناحية أخرى، حققت السلطات أيضا في 4363 قضية متعلقة بسلوكيات المتعة والإسراف، مثل منح أو قبول الهدايا ومنح بدلات أو مكافآت غير مصرح بها وسوء استخدام الأموال العامة للمآدب حيث عوقب 6087 مسؤولا، وفقا لما ذكره البيان.

وأصدر الحزب الشيوعي الصيني قاعدة النقاط الثماني لتحسين سلوك الحزب والحكومة في أواخر 2012 لمكافحة ممارسات العمل غير المرغوب فيها.
