أعلن المدير العام للديوان الوطني للحج والعمرة، يوسف عزوزة، اليوم الثلاثاء، بصفة رسمية إلغاء حج 2020 للجزائريين، بعد قرار المملكة العربية السعودية القاضي بإقامة حج هذا العام بأعداد محدودة جدا للراغبين في أداء مناسك الحج لمختلف الجنسيات من الموجودين داخل المملكة.

وقال عزوزة في حصة بثتها قناة الشروق اليوم إن “الجزائر تتفهم قرار المملكة السعودية القاضي بحصر الحج لمختلف الجنسيات من الموجودين داخل المملكة بسبب تفشي وباء كورونا”، مشيرا إلى أن “الجالية الجزائرية في المملكة هي من تمثل الجزائر في الحج”.

وفي رده حول سؤال يتعلق بمصير حجاج سنة 2020 ممن فازوا في القرعة، أكد عزوزة بأنهم “سيؤدون مناسك الحج الموسم المقبل”.
