أمرت غرفة الاتهام بمجلس قضاء العاصمة بإيداع بلال طحكوت رهن الحبس المؤقت ورفض رفع الرقابة القضائية عن عمه حميد وابنه ابراهيم.
كما رفضت غرفة الاتهام طلبات الافراج بخصوص عن شقيقه علي طحكوت والممثلة القانونية لشركة طحكوت محي الدين “سيما موتورز” المتواجدين هذين الاخيرين رهن الحبس المؤقت.
وكان قاضي التحقيق الغرفة 14 بمحكمة سيدي امحمد قد أمر إيداعهما رهن الحبس المؤقت .

وجاء هذا بعد طلب قدمته هيئة دفاعهم من اجل طلب الافراج و رفع اجراء الرقابة القضائية عنهم .

ووجهت للمتهمين تهم تتعلق بإعاقة السير الحسن للعدالة وفقا للمادة 44 من قانون العقوبات الجزائري .
