باشر قسم مكافحة الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود التحقيق في أول ملف قضائي تابع له، وذلك عقب إنشائه بتاريخ 15 نوفمبر الجاري، حسب ما أفاد به يوم الثلاثاء بيان لنيابة الجمهورية لدى محكمة سيدي أمحمد.

وأوضح ذات المصدر أنه “بعد دخول الأمر 20/04 المعدل والمتمم لقانون الإجراءات الجزائية حيز التنفيذ، وتطبيقا لأحكامه المتعلقة بإنشاء قسم مكافحة الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود ذو الاختصاص الوطني، إنه بتاريخ 2020/11/15 تم إخطار قاضي التحقيق لدى القسم المذكور بأول ملف قضائي متعلق بالمتهم (د.م) المتابع بجناية الانخراط في جماعة منظمة إرهابية، طبقا للمادتين 87 مكرر، 87 مكرر6 من قانون العقوبات”.

وأضاف البيان أن “قاضي التحقيق لدى قسم مكافحة الإرهاب والجريمة العابرة للحدود باشر إجراءات التحقيق القضائي في الملف وفقا لما تقتضيه الأحكام القانونية السارية”.
