أعاد الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون، صياغة مادة أساسية في مشروع قانون الأمن الشامل المثير للجدل بعد احتجاجات واسعة تخللتها أعمال عنف.
ونقلت صحيفة “لوموند الفرنسية” عن مصادر في الدائرة المحيطة بالرئيس الفرنسي، أنه وافق على فكرة إعادة صياغة المادة المذكورة من أجل توضيح مضمونها وطمأنة الفرنسيين.

على أن يوازن النص الجديد بين حماية قوات الأمن والحريات العامة، وكان ماكرون قد دعا الحكومة لتقديم مقترحات سريعة من أجل إعادة الثقة بين المواطنين والشرطة.
كما أوضحت صحيفة “لوموند الفرنسية” أن ما وصفته بالتراجع الإستراتيجي لماكرون وحلفائه يأتي بعد خروج 130 ألف متظاهر يوم السبت في مختلف أنحاء فرنسا للتنديد بمشروع قانون الأمن الشامل وعنف الشرطة.
وأشارت ذات الصحيفة إلى أن مشروع القانون واجه معارضة قوية من نقابات الصحفيين والمعارضة اليسارية والمدافعين عن الحريات العامة، بل وحتى من بعض أعضاء الأغلبية الحاكمة، حيث طالب هؤلاء بإلغاء المادة الـ24.
وأخذت الاحتجاجات زخما أكبر عقب بث مقطع مصور يظهر عناصر من الشرطة وهم يضربون موسيقي من أصل أفريقي
