قدم وزير البريد والمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية، ابراهيم بومزار، اعتذاره من الجزائريين، عن تصريح كان قد أدلى به من ولاية وهران.
وكتب الوزير، في منشور مرفق بفيديو عبر الصفحة الرسمية للوزارة، “اعتذر لأهلي وإخواني عن كلمات فُهمت بالخطأ و ألفاظ أسيء تأويلها”.

وأضاف الوزير “لا للفتنة شعب واحد وطن واحد”.

كما ارفق الوزير المنشور بفيديو جاء فيه “تأسفت اليوم لرؤيتي ظاهرة عبر شبكة التواصل الإجتماعي، فتنة تأويلات تحريفات لتصريحات”.

وأضاف الوزير “كان لنا زيارة ميدانية لولاية وهران، أين تم معاينة مجمع سكني لأكثر من 40 ألف سكن، يتواجد منذ أكثر من 3 سنوات دون تغطية من هاتف نقال ولا ثابت”.

وقال الوزير “تكلمنا مع متعاملي الهاتف النقال عن عدم رضانا وطلبنا منهم احترام إلتزاماتهم بدفتر الشروط في حق المواطن في التغطية”.

وأوضح الوزير “احتجوا بعدم وجود مردودية اقتصادية، لذلك ذكرنا بمثال عن جنوبنا الكبير، فشساعته وكثافته السكانية لا تسمح بمردودية المشروع، لذلك يحتجوا وطلبوا التمويل كتعويض لبعض متعاملي الهاتف النقال”.
