ألجيريان إكسبرس: كشف المدير العام للوكالة الوطنية لتحسين السكن وتطويره “عدل”، محمد طارق بلعريبي، عن برمجة توزيع 130 ألف وحدة سكنية خلال سنة 2021.

وأوضح بلعريبي خلال حلوله ضيفا على القناة الثالثة للتلفزيون العمومي، أن تسليم شهادات التخصيص للمكتتبين الذين اختاروا سكناتهم في 2019 سيتم خلال شهر مارس القادم، مؤكدا أن كل مكتتب دفع الشطر الأول ويستجيب لجميع الشروط سيحصل على سكنه.

أما بخصوص أصحاب الطعون فقال إن الوكالة شرعت في دراسة جميع الطعون وفق المعايير والشروط المعمول بها مع البحث عن الأوعية العقارية لتلبية جميع الطلبات.

كما كشف عن منح 150 ألف شهادة تخصيص للمكتتبين السنة الماضية على المستوى الوطني على أن يتم مع نهاية الثلاثي الأول من السنة الجارية في تسوية ملفات المكتتبين الذين لم يدفعوا بعد الشطر الأول .
