أصدر مجلس قضاء الجزائر العاصمة اليوم قرارا يقضي بمعاقبة الرئيس السابق لنقابة المهندسين المعماريين، جمال شرفي، بسنتين سجنا نافذا مع غرامة مالية قدرها 200 ألف دينار جزائري.

وكان النائب العام قد التمس في حق جمال شرفي عقوبة ثلاث سنوات حبسا نافذا ضد شرفي المتهم باختلاس ممتلكات في القطاع الخاص، وقام باختلاس مبلغ مالي من صندوق النقابة مقدر بـمليار و 200 مليون سنتيم بالإضافة إلى شراء سيارة بأموال النقابة، هذا ما جعله محل شبهة.

وأودع رئيس نقابة المهندسين المعماريين السابق سجن الحراش يوم 2 ديسمبر الماضي، بعد مثوله أمام قسم الجنح في معارضة الحكم وذلك من أجل معارضة الحكم الغيابي الصادر في حقه والذي قضى بإدانته بعام حبسا نافذا.
