صادق مجلس النواب الأمريكي يوم الأربعاء على “قانون دعم الاستقرار في ليبيا”، وفقا لما نقلته وسائل إعلام ليبية.

وينص القانون على إعداد قائمة بأسماء المخترقين للقانون الدولي ولحقوق الإنسان في ليبيا من كل الأطراف في مدة أقصاها 180 يوما من تاريخ إصداره.

كما يقضي القانون بفرض حزمة من العقوبات ضد من ارتكبوا جرائم حرب أو جرائم مالية أو ساهموا في تسهيل التدخلات الإقليمية أو شاركوا في غسيل الأموال وتهريب وبيع النفط خارج المؤسسات.

وكانت لجنة الشؤون الخارجية بمجلس النواب الأمريكي أدخلت في يونيو المنصرم تعديلات على مشروع القانون وقدمتها إلى الكونغرس للبت فيها.

وركزت التعديلات على الحل السلمي للأزمة في ليبيا، ودعم القرارات الأممية بشأن فرض حظر توريد الأسلحة إلى ليبيا، إضافة إلى دعم سيادة ليبيا واستقلالها وسلامتها الإقليمية ووحدتها الوطنية.
