الجيريان اكسبرس: دعت منظمة العفو الدولية الحكومة الجزائرية، إلى وقف “المضايقات القضائية” ضد الصحفيين.

وقالت المنظمة في بيان نشرته جريدة الخبر الجزائرية، “بعد أيام من صدور حكم جديد بالسجن ضد الصحفي عبد الكريم زغيلش، “ندعو السلطات إلى وقف المضايقات القضائية الممنهجة للصحافيين واحترام الحق في الحصول على المعلومة من خلال رفع الحصار عن المواقع الإخبارية”.

وأضافت: “يتعين على السلطات الجزائرية أن تنهي على الفور حملة متصاعدة من المضايقات القضائية التي شهدت مؤخرا إصدار أحكام قاسية بالسجن بحق صحفيين بارزين لمجرد تعبيرهما عن آرائهما أو لتغطية الاحتجاجات”.

والإثنين الماضي أصدرت محكمة قسنطينة حكما بالسجن عامين على الصحفي والناشط عبد الكريم زغيلش لإدانته بتهمة “المساس بالوحدة الوطنية” و”إهانة رئيس الجمهورية”، كما حكم في 10 أوت الجاري على الصحفي خالد درارني بالسجن ثلاث سنوات لإدانته بتهمتي “التحريض على التجمهر غير المسلح والمساس بالوحدة الوطنية”.
