تمكن عناصر الفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية بأمن سعيدة ، من توقيف ثلاثة أشخاص تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين17 و 28 سنة.
وحسب بيان لذات المصالح، فقد تورط الموقوفون في حيازة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية “أقراص مهلوسة” بصفة غير شرعية.

وقائع القضية تعود إثر دوريات لعناصر الشرطة القضائية بحي المحطة بسعيدة ،اين لفت إنتباههم لثلاثة أشخاص مشتبه فيهم.

وقد تم توقيف المشتبه فيهم واقتيادهم إلى مقر الفرقة، ليتم العثور بحوزة القاصر على قطعة مخدرات وزنها بـ 01 غرام.

كما ضبط بحوزة موظف تابع لمديرية الحماية المدنية على مبلغ مالي من عائدات ترويج هذه السموم.

وقد تم العثور على 39 قرص مهلوس من نوع بريقابلين وقارورة سائل مخدر، بمسكن أحد الموقوفين.

ليتم إتخاذ إجراءات قضائية ضدهم و قدموا أمام نيابة الجمهورية، حيث صدر في حق موظف بمديرية الحماية المدنية سنة حبس مع الإيداع وغرامة مالية قدرها 50 ألف دينار.
