أكد وزير الصحة، عبد الرحمان بن بوزيد، أنه لم يسجل أي إنتقال مؤكد لفيروس كورونا من خلال حليب الأم والرضاعة الطبيعية.
وأورد الوزير، في كلمة له خلال إشرافه على يوم دراسي حول المراقبة ورصد وفيات الأمومة، إن التلامس الحسي بين الطفل والأم يفوق الأخطار المحتملة لكوفيد-19.

وأشار بن بوزيد، إلى أنه من البديهي أن فيروس كورونا يمكن إن يؤدي إلى عواقب وخيمة على الأم والمولود، إذا لم تتقيد هي ومن حولها بالاجراءات الوقائية.

ومن هذه الإجراءات، غسل اليدين واستعمال الكمامة وتجنب الاجتماعات سيما التجمعات العائلية والتي غالبا ما تكون مصدر للاصابة، يضيف الوزير.

وأكد المسؤول الأول عن القطاع الصحي، إن مصالحه ستستمر بوضع الاجراءات التي تهدف إلى احتواء جائحة كوفيد-19، داعيا المواطنين لدعمهم بإحترام الإجراءات الوقائية.
