صدر في العدد الأخير من الجريدة الرسمية المرسوم التنفيذي الخاص بممارسة الاعلام الالكتروني أو الاعلام عبر الانترنت.

وحسبما جاء في العدد الأخير من الجريدة الرسمية فإن الشخص المسؤول عن ممارسة الاعلام عبر الانترنت يجب ان يكون شخصا طبيعيا يحوز على الجنسية الجزائرية او شخص معنوي يخضع للقانون الجزائري.

كما يشترط على مسؤول وسيلة الاعلام عبر الانترنت ان يحوز على شهادة جامعية او شهادة أخرى تعادلهان كما يجب أن لا تقل خبرته على ثلاثة سنوات في مجال الاعلام.

كما يجب على المسؤول عن وسيلة الاعلام الالكتروني ان يتمتع بحقوقه المدنية وكذا أن يكون جزائري الجنسية.

ويخضع نشاط الاعلام عبد الانترنت للنشرع عبد موقع الكتروني في نطاق “dz”، بالإضافة إلى الشرط التصريح بمصدر الأموال المكونة لرأس المال وأموال التسيير وتبريرها.

كما يجب تبرير كل دعم مادي من أي هيئة مانحة وتبيان العلاقة العضوية ،بالإضافة إلى منع تلقي تمويلات من أي جهة أجنبية
منع مساهمة أي شخص معنوي أو طبيعي في أكثر من جهاز واحد للإعلام عبر الأنترنت، بالإضافة إلى تشغيل صحفي واحد محترف على الأقل.
