تمكن أمن أم البواقي من توقيف شخصين وحجز قطعة أثرية مهربة ذات قيمة تاريخية كبيرة
يأتي هذا على إثر معلومات مفادها وجود شبكة إجرامية دولية تنشط في تهريب الآثار والأحجار الكريمة.

وتمكنت فرقة قمع الإجرام بالتنسيق مع خلية الإنتربول بأمن ولاية ام البواقي بعد تكثيف الأبحاث والتحريات من توقيف شخصين.

وكانا يحوزان على قطعة أثرية مهربة مصنوعة من مادة العاج تعود للحضارة الفرعونية تجسد ملكة فرعونية.

حيث أثبتت المصالح المختصة أنها ذات قيمة أثرية وتاريخية كبيرة، إضافة إلى حجر من الألماس السداسي “لونسداليت” “lonsdaléite Diaman” .

وبعد استيفاء الإجراءات القانونية، تم تقديم المشتبه فيهما أمس الثلاثاء امام نيابة محكمة عين البيضاء.

وهذا عن قضية حيازة وعرض للبيع والاتجار بالآثار والأحجار الكريمة عن طريق التهريب في إطار جماعة إجرامية منظمة دولية.

وكذا المساس بالتراث الثقافي والطبيعي المحمي والممتلكات الثقافية، مخالفة التشريع والتنظيم الخاصين بالصرف.
