وبعد قيامها بتمتمات في الوجه، تخضع الضحايا لرغباتها دون شعور في تلك اللحظة وتسليمها مبالغ مالية ومجوهرات بمدينة الشلف.

العملية جاءت إستغلالا لشكاوى الضحايا تفيد بتردد فتاة عبر أحياء وشوارع المدينة لغرض إطلاع الضحايا عن تعرضهن للسحر.

وتقوم كشف أحداث وحوادث تحدث لهن في حياتهن العائلية مقابل مبالغ مالية ومجوهرات.

ليتبين بعدها أنهن وقعنا ضحايا إحتيال وهذا بعد مغادرة المحتالة واسترجاع وعيهن واستغرابهن بمنحها المجوهرات.

بعد تكثيف الأبحاث والتحريات مع إتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية، تم توقيف المشتبه فيها في حالة تلبس وهي بصدد الإحتيال على ضحية أخرى.
المشتبه فيها تم تحويلها إلى المصلحة وإنجاز في حقها ملفات جزائية عن قضايا النصب والإحتيال متبوع بالسرقة.
وأحيلت بموجبها أمام محكمة الشلف، حيث صدر في حقها أمر إيداع.
